Appalled at the service I received while visiting this store. I mistakenly decided to take my large breed pup (50 lbs) with me while buying a 20 lb bag of dog food. However, as I was struggling to make it down the main isle to the registers, one of the male staff watched as I walked (and struggled) the entire length of the store without ever offering help. Further, he stepped away as I got close and I proceeded to go to the register he had been at. After finally getting my pup settled, the dog food down, and my other belongings on the register, the staff member came back and proceeded to tell me I had to move over one register in order for him to help me. Not ONCE did he offer to move the bag of dog food, come to the register I was already at, or gather the other items I had with me to buy. But do not worry.. the lovely DARE kids outside of the store offered to help carry the dog food to my car for me (a well deserved donation was made to their organization) I am truly infuriated that a staff member could watch a customer struggle and offer NO help. I will continue to shop here, however.... don't expect customer service or help when you visit!!!
They went above and beyond making Sweet Baby Ray (that's my dog) feel so welcome. They gave him a treat, and even when he put his flat face nose up at it- they went back and found one he thought was more tasty.
Kinda high with the prices, but seems to be okay. You could probably get the item you need for cheaper on Amazon or a family owned petshop. What really ticked me off is that when I went to buy my second hamster (first one died of old age) there was a family with a mom and two young kids also buying a hamster. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing and the mom just let her kids run through the aisle screaming. I could tell they were impulse buyers that had not done any research. It seemed like staff did not at all try to help them.
This is the level of customer service that we get when we come here. I absolutely love how friendly the staff is and how well organized the store is.
Now that is investing in your customer. I wish I lived closer so I could go every week!

Groomer was EXCEEDINGLY rude. Their prices are high. Their quality is hit or miss. Their people don't seem to be well-trained. I have even seen them ask someone to leave because they didn't know what kind of dog food their dog liked. Wow! I'm never going back. That was embarrassing for me....I can't imagine how the other customer felt.
